It is being called a magical experience made possible by members of the community who have given countless hours to make sure students at West Hills Middle School have a chance to perform in a musical. More than 50 PTSA volunteers are behind the school’s production of ‘Singin in the Rain.’ The musical involves more than 120 students in the cast and crew. Parents say it has changed lives and has had a positive impact on those who might be struggling or never thought they would have this opportunity. The community volunteers made and paid for all the props, costumes and set, which they designed and built. It has become such a huge hit that every single show is sold out in the auditorium, which seats 640 people. Congratulations to everyone involved and thank you to the dedicated PTSA volunteers who made the play possible.
